Trafford house apartments in Basildon with windows from Dempsey Dyer Dempsey Dyer fabricated 4,500 uPVC Tilt & Turn windows in Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) grey foil external, white internal. The contract was worth £1.7 million.

The uPVC windows utilised full EPDM membrane for excellent thermal performance. Opting for uPVC gave this client a 30% saving versus aluminium.
