The Locks housing development The luxury £13 million development of The Locks in Colne is set in the grounds of the former Nelson & Colne College adjacent to Derwent House.

The development comprises 32 houses with double garages with 5 different house types being available to choose from.

Dempsey Dyer provided a wide range of products to Ribble Property Developments Ltd for this development.

All windows, shaped frames, bi-fold doors and composite doors were specially coated to match the Decoroc finish.

Dempsey Dyer had also agreed to provide a specially sourced Ivory silicone to match the window frames and stonework.

The contract consists of approx 850 frames, with a Dempsey Dyer contract value of £250,000.
