Goodman’s Field
Usage: Student Accomodation | Location: London | Frames: 871 | Client: Berkeley (West London) Ltd
Completed in April 2013, Goodman’s Field presented Dempsey Dyer with our first major contract in the heart of London. Situated only half a mile from Tower Bridge, the contract was originally specified aluminium. Following various specification meetings with our client and architects, the specification was amended to Deceuninck’s Decoroc system.
Our contract was completed on time and on budget, an achievement given the logistical restraints that the Olympics enforced on the city. Our contract included high level acoustics in both vents and glazing.
Dempsey Dyer worked closely with the planners to ensure our product provided safety from falling/student abuse and also easy clean and purge ventilation facility.
